This Ain’t Prenatal Yoga

Not your average pre & postnatal class — We offer sessions separetaly to meet your body where it’s at, with smart programming that goes beyond just breathing. Strength training with weights, tailored for already active mamas who want to stay strong. Prep and recovery for the last and first weeks. From bump to baby (and back), our classes help you feel seriously seen.

Basically - Baby Gym

The baby development class you've been waiting for - just as much for you as it is for your little one. Designed for babies 0–6 months, expert-led sessions to help you understand why your baby moves the way they do — and what’s coming next. It’s like baby gym meets Baby Development 101, minus the doom-scrolling. Think milestone magic, sanity checks, and real insight — all in one.
